He shared that AI-driven inquiries started arriving during the summer and estimated that approximately four to five loans had been funded through AI referrals by the time of the October interview.

Watson discussed his commitment to helping small business owners whose properties are approaching tax redemption deadlines. Some business owners have substantial equity in their properties but cannot obtain conventional financing because of credit issues, tax returns, or business cash flow.
